*NEW - Land Use Authorities (9/20/19)
The Los
Angeles City Council adopted environmental findings and approved an ordinance
to transfer the CRA/LA land use authorities in 19 active redevelopment project
areas to the Department of City Planning (C.F. 13-1482-S3). Once the ordinance
is effective on 11/11/19, the City will be responsible for clearing
permits that conform with the underlying redevelopment plans.
