The Recovery Redevelopment Project for the Council District Nine Corridors South of the Santa Monica Freeway is bounded by the Santa Monica Freeway on the north, Alameda Street on the east, Normandie Avenue on the west and 84^th Street on the south.  Within these boundaries, all major commercial and industrial areas and some residential uses that exist in the major corridors are included.
