Westlake Theatre 1.8 Acre Mixed Use Site
The CRA/LA is seeking statements of qualifications for the development of the Westlake Theatre 1.8 Acre Mixed Use Site (the “Project”). The Project will include the restoration of the historic Westlake Theatre and its reuse as a live performance venue and the new construction of affordable housing, community-serving, ground-floor retail, and sufficient parking to serve the Westlake Theatre and other development on the Project Site. The Project may also include the development of commercial office space, market rate housing, a child care facility, and space for the provision of social services.
