Westlake Theatre

CRA/LA Construction Careers and Project Stabilization Policy
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, California (CRA/LA) has adopted a Construction Local Hire/Project Labor Agreement Policy applicable to certain projects in which the CRA/LA has a particular interest. This policy will only apply to construction work performed for specificially covered projects.

Westlake Historic Survey
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles conducted a comprehensive Historic Resource Assessment Survey of the Westlake Redevelopment Project Area. The Survey encompassed all properties within the redevelopment project area, and was designed to provide a complete, accurate and current list of historic resources within the project area. The CRA/LA commissioned the survey of all properties in the project area to be evaluated by preservation professional using nationwide standard and criteria and is being conducted in coordination with the Los Angeles Office of Historic Resources.
