Description:
The CRA/LA will oversee Second Trust Deed Loan assistance to eligible low- and moderate-income homebuyers in amounts necessary to ensure affordability of first-time home purchases. The program is administered by Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services (LANHS) under contract with the CRA/LA.

Redevelopment Goal:
Increase the community’s percentage of homeownership and improve neighborhood stabilization.

FY08 Milestones:
Provide loan assistance to twelve first time homebuyers.
