The East Valley Region consists of one redevelopment project area (North Hollywood) and two earthquake disaster assistance projects (Laurel Canyon and Pacoima/Panorama City). Currently, the CRA/LA has scheduled eight priority projects for this region, including Valley Plaza Shopping Center, NoHo Commons and Pacoima Center

In particular to implement homeowner assistance programs, rehabilitate industrial centers, redevelop properties damaged as a result of the Northridge Earthquake, award home improvement grants and redevelop the NoHo Arts District.

Pockets of the East Valley Region extend as far north as the CA Interstate Highway 118/210 junction, as far south as the CA Interstate Highway 101/134 junction, just west of the Burbank Airport.
