Description:  The Residential Facade Grant program mitigates visual blight and improves the community appearance. This program provides up to $25,000 in conditional grants to qualified residential owners of buildings containing one to four units. Grant funds are used for design work, exterior painting, termite inspections, lead paint abatement, and replacement of wood siding.

Redevelopment Goal:  To preserve historic structures through preservation and maintenance, and to deter demolition and to promote historic preservation.

FY06 Milestones:  Begin construction and monitor construction activities.
