Description:
The North Hollywood Commercial Façade Improvement Program provides grants to property owners and tenants to upgrade the physical appearance of buildings and storefronts along key commercial corridors. Grants of up to $25,000 per storefront are available, conditioned upon proper maintenance of the improvements for 10 years. Eligible façade improvements include but are not limited to the restoration, rehabilitation or replacement of storefront doors and windows, stucco and paint, awnings, signage, lighting and landscaping.

The Commercial Façade Improvement Program is currently targeting businesses along Magnolia Boulevard between Lankershim Boulevard on the west and Cahuenga Boulevard on the east.

The program seeks to stimulate economic activity and create a more attractive and welcoming commercial environment by visually improving North Hollywood’s commercial areas.
