Description:
Construction of 20 facades and repair/replacement of signage for existing commercial buildings along the Pico Boulevard corridor.
Site:
Pico Boulevard corridor, in general, between West Boulevard on the east and Sierra Bonita Street on the west.
Redevelopment Purpose:
To encourage businesses along Pico Boulevard by improving the physical appearance of the storefronts and signage, to enhance the business environment and attract more business patronage to the area.
