Project Area Overview
The Central Industrial Redevelopment Project, located in Downtown Los Angeles just east of the commercial center, covers approximately 738 acres and is generally bound by Third Street on the north, Los Angeles River on the east, Washington Boulevard and the Santa Monica Freeway on the south, and San Pedro and Stanford Streets on the west.  The Redevelopment Plan was adopted by the Los Angeles City Council on November 15, 2002.
