The Central Industrial Citizens Advisory Committee and the CRA staff, along with consultant services from Meyer, Mohaddes Associates  and special assistance from the Central City East Association, completed a Transportation Needs Survey for the industrial area of Downtown Los Angeles. This survey is the first in a series of studies and planning efforts to address the transportation and local circulation needs in the area; and to propose an implementation program as part of the long term redevelopment program.
