This objective will coordinate with a similar Program being initiated in Pacific Corridor where low interest loans or grants will be offered to businesses as an incentive to re-occupy vacant ground floor retail space, e.g. for outdoor signage or tenant improvements.

Site:
Sixth Street between Centre Street and Harbor Boulevard.

Redevelopment Purpose:
To enhance the Area’s image and economic well-being, and promote a pleasant pedestrian connection from Downtown San Pedro to the waterfront.
