Artist Profile

Artist Stephen Schubert is most recognized for his multidimensional paintings.  Schubert derives the majority of his inspiration from his travels and deep appreciation for nature.  The artist was invited to participate in the Community of Angels project in Los Angeles because his whimsical and colorful approach to his sculpture created a strong composition.  Schubert notes, “My pieces invite you in and say, ‘Take time to stop and eat and enjoy the earth you walk on.’  It's basic and simple.”  The artist maintains a studio in North Hollywood, California.
