Artist Profile

Rooted in Eastern philosophy, Hyunsook Cho’s paintings explore the concept of creation and order that results from destruction, chaos, and chance.  Often including images of death and rebirth, the artist’s works strive to capture the passage of time through the usage of changes in colors and movements of natural shadows throughout the day.
