The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, California (herein referred to as the "CRA/LA") invites sealed Bids for furnishing all supervision, utility coordination, technical personnel, labor, materials, equipment, tools and other services needed to provide street frontage exterior façade rehabilitation of ten (10) commercial buildings with nineteen (19) storefronts located at 5700-5702 and 5710 Crenshaw Boulevard, and 3417, 3420, 3427, 3434, 3440, 3444-3446, 3451 and 3455 Slauson Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90003

1. The estimated range for this project is between $450,000.00 to $800,000.00.

2. Pre-Bid Conference. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 23, 2008 at 354 South Spring Street, 6th Floor, Board Room, Los Angeles, California 90013.

3. Bid Submittal. The deadline for submitting Bids is 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2008.

4. The IFB No. 6428 will be available for pickup only at no charge at the CRA/LA, 354 South Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013 in the Contracts & Purchasing Department on the 5th Floor on or about June 13, 2008. Please call to verify availability of IFB No. NP 6428 before pick-up.
NOTE: CONTRACT BID DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE MAILED, THEY MUST BE PICKED UP.
