 undefined Final Environmental Impact Report for the Sunset and Gordon Mixed-Use Project

Project Description

The Project Applicant, Sunset & Gordon Investors, LLC, proposes to demolish three residential properties (a total of 9 units) and 12,252 square feet of restaurant space (which will be partially retained) and construct a new mixed-use development consisting of 311 residential condominiums, 40,000 square feet of creative office space and 13,500 square feet of retail space (including 8,500 square feet of restaurant space).  The residential tower will be approximately 23 stories and 260 feet high above grade, including a five-level podium base with structured parking, retail and office space and three to four subterranean parking levels.  The Proposed Project also proposes to provide an approximate 0.5-acre park on the north side of the project site along Gordon Street.  The Proposed Project is designed to incorporate a mixture of activities that support and encourage pedestrian activity.
