Draft EIR for 8th & Grand/Hope Mixed-Us Project
The project entails the demolition of a 65 space surface parking lot, the demolition of the 222-space, 4-level parking structure and the approval of a conceptual development plan that would include a land use equivalency transfer program, a scale and massing envelope, site-specific development standards, and defined circulation and parking plan, For analysis purposes the proposed project is defined as approximately 225 residential condominium units, 200 hotel rooms, approximately 30,000 square feet of retail and approximately 32,000 square feet of restaurant/bar space for a total of 481,520 square feet for a Floor Area Ratio (FAR)of 13:1.

The public review period starts on Monday, August 11, 2008 and ends on September 24, 2008. Comments must be received at the CRA/LA central office by 5 p.m. on September 24, 2008.
