CRA/LA’s construction bid and contract documents consist of Part I “Instructions to Bidders" which describes the CRA/LA contracting policies; Part II “Bid Documents to be Submitted,” which consists of blank bid forms to be filled out and submitted by bidders; and Part III "Specifications and Drawings", which consists of  CRA/LA Technical Specifications, Standard Plans, Brown Book , Work Area Traffic Control Handbook and Drawings. The Contracting Policies, CRA/LA Technical Specifications, Standard Plans, Brown Book and Work Area Traffic Control Handbook (WATCH), are referenced in Part I and III and are posted below.
