The CBD plan has been amended and will be phased out, the City Center Project Area will address all concerns thereafter. This area does not have a Project Area Committee or Community Advisory Committee. CRA/LA staff works with a number of certified Neighborhood Councils, and informal neighborhood groups and coalitions.
